Servants for the Future -established by the Florida-Georgia Board of Directors in November of 2006, is an endowment fund to provide financial resources to support student aid and scholarships for those preparing for church work careers in the Concordia University System and the Concordia Seminaries (including distance education programs), to support the further development of the Concordia House of Studies, and to expand campus ministry in the District. 

The District has set a goal of receiving gifts and commitments from at least 100 pastors and 100 commissioned ministers with a dollar goal of $100,000 by January 31, 2008.  The professional church workers' commitment is the first step towards gathering $1,000,000 by the 60th Anniversary of the  District in February 2008, and eventually $10 million to more fully fund the training of leaders for the Lord's mission.
