The Concordia House of Studies (CHS) in partnership with Concordia College – St. Paul offers a program that will lead to Lutheran Teacher Certification.  This is not a colloquy program, it offers the complete curriculum used by Concordia St. Paul to certify students as Lutheran teachers and make them eligible for inclusion on the LCMS roster as a Commissioned Minister – Teacher. 

Although colloquy programs for the Lutheran Teacher Certification are only offered through CUENet, the Lutheran Teacher Certification is available through on-campus programs, and our partnership with Concordia St. Paul is included. The pricing of the Concordia House of Studies courses are also significantly less than the cost of the online colloquy option.  St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Oviedo is the site in the Orlando area. 

Spelled out below are the courses required for Lutheran Teacher Certification.  These course will be offered on a rotating basis with one course offered per semester.
